The EOS 400D is compatible with both digital EF and EF-S lenses, and is supplied with a high-quality Canon EF-S 18-55 mm lens, which is suitable for use with most sensors, so you can take full advantage of your camera's potential, and is for pristine results, and prevents dust from settling on the lens with its built-in self-cleaning EOS system, which uses 3 methods to leave it spotless.

The EOS 400D has an AF system that switches from 7 to 9 points in a matter of seconds, ensuring exceptional results even in low lighting conditions. It comes with a powerful 10-megapixel CMOS sensor, a beautiful 2.5 LCD screen and a DIGIC II image processor to improve response times and image processing speeds.

The EOS 400D is uses the same concept as its legendary predecessor.

The first of these methods involves reducing the build-up of dust through the use of the internal mechanisms designed for this purpose, while the other techniques use anti-static technology on the low-pass filter and high-frequency vibrations to shake off dust
